Additionally contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
